Position Requirements

• Drives the implementation of features across all Marketing Technology products in AB Vassilopoulos, especially in Loyalty, to increase customer engagement and drive sales increase in all channels
• Advises, engages, and aligns key business stakeholders to identify necessary business requirements to enhance existing product performance
• Prepares product requirements documents, own and refine the backlog of requests by ensuring each user story is clear and testable
• Works closely with Ahold Delhaize Group IT & Business teams to plan, prioritize and clarify the scope of the product deliverables reassuring that these will be delivered according to the product roadmap timelines
• Drives the adoption of each solution from business teams through preparation of manuals and training sessions
• Provides support on daily issues occurred in production and resolving any challenges
• Researches on best practices and emerging trends and technologies in the areas of Marketing Technology, Loyalty and Campaign Management

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Related Studies and/or in Information Systems or other technology field
• 3+ prior working experience in product development in Retail, FMCG and/or Agency
• Fluency in English language both written & spoken
• Proficient use of MS Office tools. Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or Salesforce would be considered an asset
• Strong problem solving with emphasis on analytical, conceptual and business thinking
• Ability to combine and integrate data from several sources
• Good communication skills, written, verbal, able to create and share user stories with business colleagues who are less technically minded
• Ability to discuss using both Business and IT language and terminology
• Excellent presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and English, both in technical and non-technical language
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously with rapidly-evolving dynamics (agile), and flexibility to readily adapt to changing business needs with a focus on generating results
